ROB RAUSCH HAS stuck with the same routine in the gym for a long time.

"I've basically been doing the same workout for like, 10 years," he tells MH. The Traitors star began training when he was in high school to get in shape for football, and he's not branched out beyond the routine he knows from that period in his life.

He understands that staying so rigidly committed to one single routine isn't ideal. He's just grown too accustomed to it to make a big change. "I just do the same workout that my strength and conditioning coach taught me in high school—which I do know is bad, you're supposed to switch your splits up," he admits. "But I'm big into comfort, knowing what I'm doing."

For the record, Rausch is partly right. You should to switch up your regimen after awhile, especially as your goals change and evolve. That said, as long as you're continually progressing within a program—adding more weight, reps, or using advanced techniques like drop sets—you can keep making gains.

And he doesn't only do the same workout all the time. Along with being a reality competition heartthrob (he first gained prominence on Love Island USA, in which he says he was shirtless much more often than The Traitors), Rausch's other day job as a snake wrangler absolutely requires physical focus. He admitted that he's branched out into slightly less slithery activities, too—he's given Pilates, spin classes, and yoga too. "That was way harder than I thought it was going to be," he says of Pilates.
