  • Amazon's Big Spring Sale is still live and runs through midnight.
  • We're seeing up to 64% off editor-tested equipment and apparel.
  • Our favorite budget rangefinder, the Redtiger Rangefinder With Slope, is currently over 40 percent off during the sale.

SPRING IS IN THE AIR, and we can almost smell the freshly aerated greens. It feels like a longer wait than usual, but that will only make the first tee time of the year that much sweeter. But golf is an expensive hobby, and we don't expect that to change anytime soon. Lessons, fittings, a new golf bag, you name it, I've probably bought it. That's why, when a good golf deal comes around, I'm all ears. And if it's available on Amazon, even better.

The online retailer has a surprisingly robust golf section, but it seems to fly under the radar for most. But not ours. I spent hours canvassing the site for the best golf gear on Amazon, from men's apparel to rangefinders to top-tested clubs. With Amazon's Big Spring Sale in full swing (pun intended), we're already seeing savings up to 64 percent off editor-tested golf gear—some of the lowest prices we've seen since Black Friday.

I went back and rounded up some of our favorite deals at the tail end of the sale. Whether you're looking to add a few yards to your drive or refresh your spring wardrobe, we're sure you'll find something.

The Redtiger Golf Rangefinder with Slope is our bona fide editor-pick for the best budget rangefinder, and it's once again on sale for over 40 percent off. We like to think of this as compound savings, though, as its baseline price is already pretty damn reasonable. The device is highly reliable, easy to lock onto the pin, and offers quick slope adjustment. We couldn't recommend this enough—especially at just around $100.

You can't leave the house without a few microfiber towels to wipe down your clubs after a wicked chunk. You might as well keep a few on deck, and we suggest the Handy Picks Microfiber Golf Towel, which comes in a 3-pack for just $10. 30 percent off sounds good to us.

New season, new golf shoe? There are a few highly recommended options on Amazon. The Adidas S2G Spikeless Leather 24 Golf Shoes, which testing editors have dubbed "the best budget golf shoe," are now a whopping 55 percent off. They're super comfortable, lightweight, and even made right here in America.

There are some seriously solid deals on golf apparel, too. The first few weeks of the season call for strategic layering, and Puma's breezy Boulder 2.0 Quarter Zip should do the trick. It also helps that it's now almost 50 percent off in select colors. If you're itching to jump into a new pair of golf shorts, the performance-designed Adi Advantage Golf Shorts are an unprecedented 64 percent off. Our favorite budget golf shirt, the UA Tech Polo, is now even cheaper and over 30 percent off for a limited time.

And while you may not have considered buying your clubs on Amazon, you may want to reconsider. I bought my Callaway RH Mavrik 22 Driver off Amazon a few years ago, and I saved a couple of hundred. Right now, you can save $50 on one of TaylorMade's best drivers, the Qi35. If you're looking to upgrade your irons, the hollow body Cobra Darkspeed Iron Set (5 Iron-PW) is also nearly $150 off.

We're suckers for a good cart accessory. I love the Ultimate Ears WONDERBOOM Play Portable Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker when the course is dead. Right now, it's just under 40 percent off. I also keep the Life9 Portable Handheld Fan in my bag for those super hot days, and it's a solid 22 percent off. This is a great stash for in-between holes.

Other deals worth mentioning include 23 percent off the Putt-A-Bout Grassroots Par Three Putting Green, 43 percent off the minimalist Puma Evercat Icon Snapback Cap, and nearly 30 percent off this already-reasonably-priced Golf Net with Practice Mat. We're already seeing things go in and out of stock, so make sure you re-tool your golf bag on the cheap while you still can.
