It's been almost two long months since Julianne Hough dropped her viral "I took a nap" workout video. The original reel showed Julianne putting in some work at Pulse Fitness Studio, which is owned by celebrity trainer Mark Harari. To the request of her followers, Hough is back again with another workout video.

Hough captioned the video "Back by popular demand… I took another nap! 💪🏼💤 Thanks for workin’ me out and capturing my goody side @markpulse - who says you can’t dance and play around while you kick some 🍑."

Fans immediately weighed in, with one user saying, "Workout goals! 🔥." Another commented, "I was going to take a nap until I saw your video. Now I’m up and at ‘em! You inspired me to get up and go. Thank you."

Julianne Hough danced her way through her full-body workout with the help of celebrity trainer Mark Harari.

When she wants to focus on cardio, Hough enjoys group workouts at SoulCycle. "I love being around people and community," she told Women's Health. She also likes to practice hot power fusion yoga at CorePower Yoga.

As for her diet, Hough gives herself the flexibility to eat what she wants. Her only rule: avoid foods that cause inflammation. Before she exercises, Hough prefers to keep her meals light. "If I eat something before I work out that's more of substance, it doesn't work for me," she said.

For breakfast, she blends up an avocado, almond butter, almond milk, spinach, protein powder, blueberries, and banana smoothie. But for dinner, she packs on the protein with grilled chicken or salmon with steamed or grilled veggies.

Even so, Hough still indulges in her cravings. "I love tacos and guacamole," she told WH. "I love food."
