Men's Health are partnering with content creators Woody and Kleiny who are tackling their biggest challenge yet at this summer's World Cup: a 24/7 livestream documenting their 39-day road trip across America in support of Prostate Cancer UK.
Their show, In a State, launches alongside the tournament on 11 June and concludes with the final on 19 July. Over that period, Woody and Kleiny will travel 15,000 miles across the US, visiting 27 cities in 19 states. Along the way, they'll meet fans from around the world, take on challenges and welcome celebrity guests as they follow the tournament.
But that's not all, Men's Health will be there for every mile of the journey – and not just because our name is on the tour bus – MH Fitness Director Andrew Tracey will be tasking the duo with a series of challenges designed to keep them in tip-top shape, physically and mentally. Expect to see the pair go head-to-head weekly, pushed to their limits as they tackle each MH gauntlet.
‘This is completely raw, unedited Woody and Kleiny,’ Kleiny tells Men’s Health. ‘We've never done that before and it excites us. It’ll be cool for people to see us not always being these crazy guys in each other's faces all the time.
‘We've done a lot of planning for this tour. We didn't realise quite how much goes into something like this. We've got an incredible team around us who have helped shape it into what it is, and we wouldn't have been able to do it without them. But now we just can't wait to get on that bus.’
Why Woody and Kleiny Are Supporting Prostate Cancer UK
Men’s Health has partnered with the duo for the summer series, and at the heart of the challenge is a mission to raise both funds and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK.
What to read next
The pair say the 24/7 format will allow them to have deeper conversations than their audience might typically expect, with a dedicated daily segment called The Nightcap designed to encourage more open discussion.
‘Football is the vehicle driving this, but it’s about much more than that,’ Woody explains. ‘The journey, meeting people from different backgrounds and walks of life, and the bigger message that’s really important to us – raising awareness of Prostate Cancer UK.
‘One in eight men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer, and every 45 minutes – the length of a half of football – one man dies from prostate cancer. We need to change that.
‘We need to do everything we can to help men understand the risks, screening options and what they should be looking out for. People don’t realise it’s the biggest cancer in the UK that isn't nationally screened, and that needs to change.’
The Nightcap segment will see the pair reflect on each day's events and discuss topics men don't always feel comfortable talking about.
‘We'll sit down, have a drink and talk about things men don't necessarily talk about to show that it's OK to talk, and that we should be talking,’ says Woody. ‘Because the more we talk, the more awareness we can raise around things like prostate cancer, and hopefully we can start to change that one-in-eight statistic.’
Bringing Fans Along for the Ride
Despite travelling 15,000 miles, spending 39 consecutive days together and sleeping on a bus rather than in hotels, both creators are embracing the challenge.
For Kleiny, the project is partly inspired by the connection they built with audiences during the pandemic.
‘During Covid, we had so many messages from people saying our videos helped them smile during a tough time and gave them a bit of escapism,’ he says. ‘Some people were even saying, "You saved our lives."
‘That really stuck with us, and we wanted to create something like that again. With the biggest football tournament of the summer bringing people together, it felt like the perfect opportunity.
‘Through this livestream, our mission is to create the biggest live creator event there is, bring people into it and hopefully give them that same escapism – a chance to be part of the world we're creating.’

Having graduated from Cardiff University in 2020, and later obtaining his NCTJ qualification, Ryan started his career as a Trainee News Writer for sports titles Golf Monthly, Cycling Weekly and Rugby World before progressing to Staff Writer and subsequently Senior Writer with football magazine FourFourTwo.
During his two-and-a-half years there he wrote news stories for the website and features for the magazine, while he also interviewed names such as Les Ferdinand, Ally McCoist, Jamie Redknapp and Antonio Rudiger, among many others. His standout memory, though, came when getting the opportunity to speak to then-Plymouth Argyle manager Steven Schumacher as the club won League One in 2023.
Having grown up a keen footballer and playing for his boyhood side until the age of 16, Ryan got the opportunity to represent Northern Ireland national futsal team eight times, scoring three goals against England, Scotland and Gibraltar. Now past his peak, Ryan prefers to mix weightlifting with running – he achieved a marathon PB of 3:31:49 at Manchester in April 2025, but credits the heat for failing to get below the coveted 3:30 mark…
