We pulled together some stories of real guys that we’ve published in the past—and the humility, strength, and dedication, of their subjects shines through. Some men have weight loss stories where they lost over 200 pounds. Some guys hit their stride in run clubs or on stationary bikes. Plenty started it all by just taking a walk.
