Want to sculpt strength like Jon Snow, bench like Bronn or lift like a Lannister? Well, your journey to Game of Thrones strength doesn’t have to be as slow as the White Walkers’ march. Not with this workout anyway.
We've teamed up with Garry Kerr, Head of Operations and Training at British Military Fitness to get you warrior ready in time for the start of Season Eight. This workout should build total-body strength, which will get you ripped, but still may not be enough to survive the Night King's wrath.
