THE OURA RING has been on my go-to daily fitness tracker for almost a decade, and with good reason. Its smart ring doesn’t just look good—it funnels 24/7 health tracking to an app that serves up daily scores on my activity, readiness, and sleep. With its sleek style, innovative tech, and ever-increasing popularity, it’s not shocking that the Oura Ring is an investment costing up to $500.

GET AN OURA RING SIZING KIT

This coming Amazon Prime Day, which begins on June 23, Oura will offer its lowest price ever for the titanium and ceramic versions of its Oura Ring 4. We’re talking a serious deal. This is due in part because of the recent release of the Oura Ring 5, which likely won’t be seeing any discounts until later this year, so if you are looking for its cutting-edge smart ring tech at a discount, this is your best opportunity.

Men's Health is sharing this intel, before the rest of the crowd, because we’ve been through the process of buying a new smart ring a few times. And the first thing you’ll need to do is snag one of their sizing kits (more on that below). If you are in a rush, some of their titanium and ceramic styles are already on sale at up to 20% off, with limited supply on sizes.

Here is everything you need to know about the upcoming Oura Ring Prime Day sale. We will be updating this story once we’re given the green light to share all the details!

Why We Like The Oura Ring 4

The Oura Ring 4 is the latest offering from Oura, and there are a few upgrades worth pointing out that earned it a spot in our 2025 Men's Health Home Fitness Awards. This version doesn’t have any noticeable sensors, while the previous model had three interior nodes that could be a bit uncomfortable. It still seamlessly collects health data, regardless.

On top of the aesthetic upgrades, including a smart little notch that helps guide your placement of the sensor on your finger, the Oura Ring 4 also released with a lot of new capabilities. Now its rings provide real-time stress tracking, continuous heart-rate monitoring, and more precise temperature sensing. All of this is designed to give you more precise and helpful feedback during the day. The ring’s interior has also changed from an epoxy to all-over titanium for a lighter feel.

The charging case is another great upgrade that will be available to Oura Ring 4 users in the coming months. This case will allow you to store a charge so that you can power up your ring without being limited by what outlets you have nearby. This means you can keep an extra charge for your ring while your traveling or on the move so you don't miss out on any insights. The new charging dock has also been improved and can charge your ring in around an hour.

That doesn’t mean the Gen3 isn’t worth your time: The Gen3 gets the same software updates as the Oura Ring 4, allowing you to stay on top of the latest brand innovations. I see it as a great option if you want to save a hundred dollars or so, while also getting the best smart ring tech available. You’ll just want to upgrade to the Oura Ring 4 if you don’t want to deal with those nodes or prefer a lighter-weight ring.

How to Buy the Oura Ring 4

Oura recommends that you wear the ring on your forefinger, since that's where your pulse is the strongest, which can mean slightly better data, but any finger works. I know a few people who use their Oura Ring as their wedding band.

If you're at all unsure about your size, it's a good idea to order one of Oura's sizing kits. It’s now discounted at $8 at Amazon, and that gets applied to your future ring purchase, so technically it's "free." When you purchase on ouraring.com the process of getting a sizing kit is a little more involved. Depending on which route you go for the sizing kit, is the route you will go to purchase your ring when the deal actually drops.
