Even more menswear brands are starting to lean into golf, too, including labels we wear regularly like Adidas and Cole Haan. Now, Vuori has entered the chat.
For its latest golf collection, the California label is leaning into cleaner, easy pieces that work on and off the course: lightweight layers, sharp polos, polished trousers, and performance fabrics. Tom Holland, whose laid-back yet refined style captures the vibe perfectly, fronts the campaign.
What separates Vuori from a lot of activewear brands entering golf is how natural the transition feels. Nothing looks overly sporty or covered in loud details. The brand’s famously soft fabrics—especially its DreamKnit material—already lend themselves to golf because they’re lightweight, breathable, and comfortable enough to wear for an entire day. That’s why Vuori has become a staple for our Men’s Health team, whether we’re looking for workout clothes or weekend fits.
One of our go-to pieces for the course is the Strato Tech Polo. The stretchy polyester blend stays light and breathable, even after hours in the heat, and unlike some performance polos, it never gets clingy once you start sweating. Outside of the game, it feels comfortable on commutes to the office and pairs nicely with chino shorts. Fit-wise, the shirt stays relaxed through the chest and shoulders, making it a great option for athletic builds. Another standout is the Aim Short 8 Inch. This pair is softer and easier to wear than your typical shorts. Golf style, in general, has gotten a lot more wearable. Gone are the days of loud argyle sweaters, stiff khakis, and plus fours.
