THE WEATHER IS finally turning in our favor here on the East Coast, and that only means one thing: time to get shredded. This is particularly relevant for those who may have gone a little overboard during this year's bulk, intentional or not. Amazon just announced dates for this year’s Prime Day, and the savings event will run from Tuesday, June 23, through Friday, June 26, at midnight. In other words, just in time for you to finish up your cut. Even better news—we’re already seeing tons of Early Prime Day deals on fitness gear, tech, and equipment.

If you're looking to lighten the load and focus on cardio, high-rep sets, and recovery, increasing your home gym splits might be the way to go. Now's as good a time as any—we're looking at over 40 percent off weight benches, foldable treadmills, adjustable dumbbells, and more. In the market for some new summer digs? We rounded up some of our favorite Early Prime Day deals below, and you have ample time to get that six-pack ready to go for summer beach weather. If not, there's always next year. But you'd better get started now.

Prime Day Home Gym Deals

There are definitely a few steals to be had here. One of our favorite budget adjustable benches, the Flybird Adjustable Weight Bench, is 25 percent off and just over $100. This bench pairs well with the Flybird Adjustable Dumbbells, which are also $30 off. FED Fitness (which makes Flybird equipment) offers some of the best wallet-friendly home gym equipment on the market. I use their adjustable Olympic Weight Bench, and I swear it’s better than the commercial one from my gym, and it was less than $300. Their stuff is legit. The beginner-friendly Yosuda Rowing Machine is 20 percent off and now under $200. Echelon’s space-saving Stride Series Treadmill is over 20 percent off and offers commercial-grade performance from home. If you’re on a tighter budget, Sunny’s OneClick Fold Treadmill is $200 off for a limited time (and now just $700).

Prime Day Fitness Tech Deals

Now's a good time to upgrade your fitness tracker. The latest Apple Series 11 smartwatch is now 25 percent off on Amazon, priced at just under $300. This is a solid option for most people, but if you're looking for something a little more rugged with enhanced battery life, there are plenty of Garmin deals we love, including $250 off the Fenix 8—a rare sale.

Prime Day Workout Gear Deals

We're seeing up to 40 percent off top-tested brands, including Under Armour, Brooks, and Hanes. Take almost 30 percent off the weatherized version of our favorite walking shoes, the Brooks Ghost 16. These are technically an older model, but they hold up well to the Ghost 17 (now also 20 percent off). The weatherized component makes it arguably an even better buy; they’re perfect for running in the rain. One of our favorite budget workout shirts, the Under Armour Tech 2.0, is now even cheaper and under $20. Hanes also makes some pretty underrated budget-friendly workout gear, and right now you can take a game-changing 40 percent off the X-Temp Tank Top Two-Pack.
