Finding Patagonia gear on sale can be hit-or-miss. Sometimes the Patagonia sales come in droves. Other times there's hardly any good deals to be found. Right now we're in the latter camp of sale activity, as Patagonia deals are heating up across many of our favorite go-to sites ahead of the holidays.

At the forefront of the latest Patagonia sales is the brand's own "Web Specials" section, where you can score up to 40% off pieces from its website. This isn't the only place to find sales on Patagonia gear though, as the REI Outlet is carrying a ton of Patagonia on sale and so is Backcountry—both retailers also have sales on gear that is not necessarily on sale over at Patagonia.com.
